What do we offer?

Full-time

BCA offers a variety of further education programmes in vocational subjects, which are closely related to work and careers. They are designed to fulfil the aspirations of a wide range of individuals and to meet the skill and knowledge needs of employers.

They will provide you with specialist work related qualifications which may be used as an entry route to work or with successful completion as a progression on to continuing Further or Higher Education. BCA’s range of Level 3 courses offer a practical alternative to ‘A’ levels.

Also, new for 2012….

To ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our growing number of studetns, both now and into the future, we have introduced some brand new subjects to the curriculum for 2012.

These include:

• Business and Enterprise

Part-time

Whether you want to build on qualifications and skills or add to your leisure interests, our wide range of part-time courses can help you achieve your aims.

Our College has extensive practical facilities set within an attractive and friendly campus. It is an ideal environment within which to learn and develop skills and interests.

Many programmes lead to nationally recognised qualifications and we also offer competence assessment to enable you to gain the most from a programme of training and where appropriate, to meet legislative requirements.

Higher Education

We have looked hard at what students want from HE today and have produced a course offer which is both truly ground breaking and very student focussed. We know that students want to have good access to HE but also want to qualify as quickly as possible. We are launching new courses for 2012 which all have the following features:

• Early Completion – all students can fully complete their HND in four terms rather than the normal two years. You can also complete a full Higher National Certificate in just two terms.
• Concentrated Study – rather than spread the teaching hours over the week we have concentrated them into two days. This means you will have plenty of time to combine your HE education with other commitments.
• Part-time Options – you can study for your qualification part-time for just one day per week.
• Work Experience – all courses require you to complete work experience giving you a head start in the job market.
• Affordability – our tuition fees are highly competitive meaning you will graduate with significantly less debt than from a traditional degree. We also offer a pay-as-you-go fee package should you wish to graduate entirely debt free!

We are passionate about offering quality and affordable HE. At BCA you will benefit from paying significantly less for tuition fees than you would at many Universities. You will graduate sooner with a career focussed award.
