The Business department uses up-to-date case studies to make business concepts come to life.

BCA is in a beautiful setting and the Business department offers its learners:

  • Computer rooms to allow the production of professional business documents
  • Visits to businesses such as Heathrow, Telefonica and Thorpe Park to enhance business knowledge
  • Access to guest speakers and mentors

  • Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business

    About the course

    This course is designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge and understanding required for a range of roles in organisations within the business sector including administration, finance/accountancy, marketing, management and human resources. The course provides students with plenty of opportunities to develop the written and verbal communication skills valued by employers through a wide variety of assignments.


    Main progression from our Level 3 in Business is on to university, depending on grades achieved. University courses may include: Management, Marketing, Business Administration. You will also be well placed to find a job in a variety of business settings. Higher Apprenticeships are also available.

    *There are also options for learners to study a one year 60 credit subsidiary diploma or 90 credit diploma qualification.

    5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, to include English and maths.
