About the Course

This exciting but gentle module aims to investigate what health and well-being mean to us as well as exploring ways in which we can look after our health. Each week we will focus upon an aspect of health and explore it in fun ways. Topics will include subjects like personal hygiene, first aid, dental care, sleep, and happiness as well as exercise and relaxation. We aim to integrate classroom learning along with practical activities and gentle exercise. Come along to learn more about yourself and what keeps you well.
