More information
It is now possible to study RHS Level 3 Certificate in Horticulture at BCA. This is an evening course over two years and builds on the knowledge gained from the Level 2 Theory course. Although there are no formal prerequisites for entry to the qualification it is strongly recommended that students have studied the content covered by the Level 2 Certificate or an equivalent Level 2 qualification in horticulture.
The theory-based qualifications focus on developing the knowledge and understanding of a range of horticultural practices.
The practical-based qualification focuses on developing essential horticultural skills.
If you choose to take the theory-based and practical-based certificates you could achieve an RHS Level 2 Diploma in the Principles and Practices of Horticulture.
