Equine Duty Student Accommodation

If you are studying Equine at BCA, you will have the opportunity to stay within our on-site student accommodation whilst you complete your duties.

To apply for accommodation please complete the form below. This should take approximately 15 minutes, but you will need your GP information to hand, along with details for three emergency contacts. These three contacts must be able to attend the College at any time when needed, including unsociable hours.

We ask for the following information as it enables us to provide appropriate support for our residential students. Any information given will not prejudice your place in accommodation. However, please understand that, in some circumstances, College accommodation is not suitable for students with certain medical conditions or circumstances. It is important, therefore, that we are provided with as much information as possible.

Failure to disclose a medical or welfare condition may affect your eligibility to stay in BCA accommodation.

Please also take the time to print, read and sign the following documents. These can be returned to the Residential Team in-hand prior to your stay in accommodation:

Equine Duty Student / Next of Kin Declaration Sheet
Residential Activities Consent Form

If you have any comments or queries, please contact Residential Manager; Adam Robinson, on APRobinson@bca.ac.uk
