It is important you look after your own wellbeing whilst out on Work Placement. Please start your day with a good breakfast and remember to take a filling lunch with you. Water is essential to keep you hydrated and active, which will contribute to your success.
Your employer may require you to wear a uniform. If not you must wear your BCA kit. Remember when you are wearing this you are representing yourself and BCA. Please ensure you dress appropriately for weather conditions whilst also following your employers guidelines.
