For students who travel from home every day, we run a subsidised transport service covering a wide area. We operate 17 routes in total and over 800 of our students use the service every day. We pick up from 11 mainline railway stations – Amersham, Aylesbury, Bracknell, Camberley, High Wycombe, Hounslow, Maidenhead, Reading, Wokingham, Slough and Uxbridge, – with a further 100 stops across the 17 routes. So even if we don’t pick up in your immediate area, you can take advantage of the rail network to connect with our transport facilities.
For those students considering us as an alternative to studying within central London, Maidenhead Station is on the fast route from Paddington. Nearby High Wycombe is on the Marylebone line too, so getting here is a lot easier than you might think.
Our College Discretionary Learner Support Fund is here to help students who need financial assistance with the cost of coming to college. Many students successfully apply to this fund each year to help them get a bus pass. The cost of using the transport service can be found on the website along with the latest timetable.
For those students who drive, we have extensive free parking onsite. Just register your vehicle with the Transport department during enrolment, or after you pass your driving test. Your vehicle must display an up-to-date parking permit.
Please note that from 19/11/18, Route 2 will now be run in partnership with Readybus who have replaced the specified Chalfont Coaches.
If you have any queries or questions, please contact the Transport Manager on 01628 827521 or ask your bus driver.
