We are committed to Health & Wellbeing
BCA is committed to our employees’ mental wellbeing and work with a positive approach towards increasing awareness of mental health in the workplace.
We have invested in a comprehensive EAP scheme, mental health first aiders and developed an online employee wellbeing ‘ information and signposting’ hub for staff.
We offer free use of the College gym and a range of sporting activities such as yoga, badminton and walking clubs etc, alongside regular health initiatives such as health check days, mental health awareness week, free flu vaccines, corporate reflexology and massage.
We also offer a wide range of part-time and term-time working opportunities as well as flexible options to help colleagues balance working life and their responsibilities outside of work. This is evidenced by the 100+ individual working patterns we currently have in place for our colleagues.
