COMING TO OUR OPEN DAY?

News overview

On Saturday we’ll be welcoming over 850 prospective new students and their families at our November Open Day.

Please check the weather before you head out, with yellow weather warnings forecast to end in the morning. While our campus is fully accessible via pathways, activities will take place in department buildings across the site.

To help manage the flow of visitors, please arrive during your booked time slot. We advise arriving no later than 30 minutes prior to the end of your booked time slot to make the best use of your time with us on the day. The last entry will be 1.30pm.

We have free parking on site; as you arrive, you will be directed to the nearest available parking spaces. On arrival, please sign in at reception to collect your campus map. You’ll then be free to explore, or if you’d prefer, our Student Ambassadors will be available to guide you on a tour. We will also have the Stand Out For Autism bus set up for you to explore.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to attend welcome talks from our Senior Leadership Team, along with a student perspective from our Student Union President, Steph Baxter.

Refreshments will be available from our pop-up Café, run by onsite caterers Baxter Storey. This will be based in the Learning Centre next to Reception.

If you are unable to attend, our next Open Day is Saturday 18 April 2026. Booking is already open, so sign up today.

We look forward to welcoming you to campus and hope you enjoy your day with us!
