Course Overview

Entry Requirements
Learners must hold PTC 216-73 (PA1) Level 2 Award in the Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides prior to enrolment.

Course information

The will cover the legislative and safety regulations relating to application equipment, the environmental factors relating to the mixing and application site. You will learn how to read and interpret product information and to prepare and calibrate the applicator and operate the application equipment. You will carry out post-operational procedures.
