Interviews will be 30 minutes long and we will review your sketchbook. You will be asked questions about your interest in the subject and what you would like to do post-college. A member of the ALS team may also be present to discuss any learning support needs.
You will need to bring your current sketchbook or portfolio. You can also bring digital examples of work in progress or art you have created outside of school or college. If you have an EHCP, you will also be met by the ALS (Additional Learning Support ) Team to assess your needs.
Your interview will be in person at BCA.
Learners will pay a £60 Studio Fee each year, to cover the costs of materials. There are trips to galleries, exhibitions, museums and UCAS events. You will be asked to provide a toolbox with essentials. This is listed on our main subject page via the College website.
If you wish to make any amendments to your interview, please log back into your Student Portal, and choose ‘rearrange’ and select and alternative date and time.
