Course Overview

Animal Care specialism. Which is about working with and understanding animals, how to care for them, students work with a variety of animals from rabbits, sheep, goats and ferrets to those on our zoo courtyard such as monkeys, meerkats and racoons and spiders, snakes, frogs and insects in our exotics house.

Course information

We have 5 different groups across the week, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and can be studied alongside Academic day if desired.

L1 Certificate (1year) Extended Certificate (2 years) in Vocational Studies – Animal Care.

There is an annual charge of £40 on enrolment that goes towards trips/visits/extra materials/resources throughout the year.
Students will require Schools branded overalls, steel toe capped boots and wellingtons.
