BCA is the pre-eminent provider of further education and professional training in Maidenhead and the surrounding area. We provide a wide range of vocational further education courses as well as higher education courses.

Set in 400-acres of stunning registered parkland, BCA is an inclusive and successful College where students develop excellent practical and employment skills. We have a strong culture of continuous improvement; this is evident across the College, where students thrive and are challenged to achieve their full potential. At BCA, students can expect an outstanding level of commitment and support from tutors and staff.

BCA employs approximately 380 staff in teaching and learning, student support and business support roles, all of whom are based on-site at our stunning leafy campus in Burchetts Green, near Maidenhead.

  • Pre-employment medical check

  • Completion of BCA’s Criminal Conviction & Safeguarding declaration form
  • Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check (including a List 99 check)
  • Proof of relevant qualifications
  • Successful completion of the College’s induction programme

All offers of employment are conditional upon the above checks being satisfactorily completed.
