A vibrant Careers Fair brought opportunity and inspiration to campus this morning, as students connected with more than 30 local businesses to explore life beyond college.
The event offered a valuable chance for learners to discover a wide range of career pathways, from traditional employment routes to apprenticeships and industry placements. Employers were on hand to share insights, answer questions, and help students better understand the skills needed for the workplace.
A highlight of the morning was a talk from Jasmine at Bucklebury Farm, who gave an engaging overview of her career journey and shared what life is really like working on a farm. Students also heard from Emma Raymond, our Head of Business Development, who outlined the diverse apprenticeship opportunities available through Windsor Forest Colleges Group.
Events like this play a key role in preparing students for their next steps, helping them build confidence, make connections, and take their first steps towards future careers.
