COMING TO OUR OPEN DAY?

News overview

On Saturday we’ll be welcoming over 550 prospective new students and their families at our April Open Day.

Please check the weather before you head out, and wear suitable footwear and clothing based on the weather conditions on the day. While our campus is fully accessible via pathways, activities will take place in department buildings across the site.

To help manage the flow of visitors, please arrive during your booked time slot. We advise arriving no later than 30 minutes prior to the end of your booked time slot to make the best use of your time with us on the day. The last entry will be 1.30pm.

We have free parking on site; as you arrive, you will be directed to the nearest available parking spaces. On arrival, please sign in at reception to collect your campus map and goodie bag. You’ll then be free to explore, or if you’d prefer, our Student Ambassadors will be available to guide you on a tour.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to attend welcome talks from our Senior Leadership Team, along with a student perspective from our Student Union President, Steph Baxter.

Refreshments will be available from our pop-up Café, run by onsite caterers Baxter Storey. This will be based in the Learning Centre next to Reception.

This is our last Open Day of the academic year. Please keep an eye out on our website for next year’s dates, which will be confirmed over the summer.

We look forward to welcoming you to BCA and hope you enjoy your day with us!
