Students from our Early Years T Level and ALFIE Cookery courses recently came together for a fun and engaging practical session, combining creativity with hands-on learning.
Working collaboratively, students baked delicious muffins and crafted adorable chick-themed creations, developing their cookery skills in an enjoyable and supportive environment. The session provided a fantastic opportunity for learners from different courses to connect, share experiences, and build confidence in the kitchen.
Beyond the practical skills gained, the activity encouraged teamwork, communication, and relationship-building – key attributes for success in both education and future careers.
It was a rewarding experience for everyone involved, showcasing the value of collaboration and creative learning across our programmes.
